Comprehensive Internal Medicine does not guarantee coverage. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to verify that CIM is in network and that your visit will be covered. It is the patient's responsibility to provide any change in insurance or address at the time of your appointment.
Co-Payments and Balances due from Deductibles and Co-insurance amounts are the patient's responsibility and are due at the time of your appointment. An administrative fee will be accessed on your account if you fail to do so. We accept payments in the form of Cash, Check, Debit or Credit cards. First time users will need an invitation from CIM to the Patient Billing Portal. Please ask the front desk at check-in to invite you to the portal or you can call the billing department at 678-205-1313. Your email will be used to send you the invite and you will have to create an account.
